The hotel offers delicious breakfast options, comfortable and cleans rooms, and attentive staff. Nawal from guest relations, she was always ready to assist us at any time, friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Rooftop with amazing views! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great location but major issues with expensive suite First the pros: 1) Location can’t be beat. This is a very central hotel for visiting 2) The views from our suite (901) and from the hotel bar (floor 7) can’t be beat. Now the negatives: 1) Air conditioning. It didn’t work on the lower floor of our duplex suite where our son was sleeping on the pullout. We asked them to check twice and both times, nothing changed. The upstairs of the suite was ice cold (in a good way), though the AC reset in the middle of the night every night to 22 degrees which means everyone woke up in a hot sweat. 2) Elevator. The elevator situation in the hotel is not good. There are 2 elevators which each hold 4-5 people. B serves floors 1-6 and A serves 1-9. If you’re in one of the 2 suites (the most expensive rooms), that means you’re sharing the elevator with guests going to the hotel bar. At times we had to wait for 15 minutes and through multiple rounds of calling the elevator before we could get onto it. 3) check in. We landed at 7am and got to the hotel shortly thereafter. We asked for an early check in (as we have young kids) and were told it would not be a problem and they’d call us. We called them several times to check in and despite all of that, we were not able to check in until exactly 3:00 pm on the dot. What doesn’t make any sense is that on other days, when we asked our room to be made up early, it was. Even if the room was occupied, they should have been able to get us in before 3pm. Especially for having one of the 2 most expensive rooms in the hotel.

It is the best location ever In the center of catalunia square Staff is too friendly 🥰 I took a room with view it was amazing with good space and clean with modern interior The roof top evenings are excellent with superior food and a breathtaking view🙈🙈 I recommend staying in it and sure will repeat the beautiful experience 😍

This was our second trip to the Iberostar Selection Passeig de Gràcia and it was just as wonderful as the first time! We were in touch with the amazing Nawal Kayou from Guest Services throughout our stay, who made sure we felt special and valued from the first day of our trip to the last. She even shared some gifts with us knowing it was our second lengthy stay at the hotel which we loved! This is why she manages guest services - because she’s obviously great at making the guest experience special! Thank you, Nawal! The staff at the hotel were so accommodating, especially given that we arrived much earlier than expected. While the room we requested wasn’t yet ready because the previous guests were still checking out, the front desk team offered to store our bags while we ventured into the city for a few hours. We were alerted when the room was available and were able to get settled into our temporary home for the next 11 days. The room itself was still fantastic, with the most incredible views of Barcelona. (we were in the corner terrace room) I still love the fact that there is a refillable carafe for water, which is so much more sustainable than offering bottled water, not to mention kind for not charging $3 a bottle! The rain shower is also wonderful, so much so that I’m attempting to copy this in my apartment in NYC! I can’t say enough about the team in Ca Menestral, the on-site restaurant we had our daily breakfast at. They were always so kind and some of them even remembered us from last year! Thanks to Chris, Alessandro, Jennifer x2, Gemma, and the others whose names I didn’t get but were so kind and accommodating. From the room and the views to the location, from the entire staff both front of house and back, this was another amazing experience at this hotel and my partner and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly centrally located stay in one of the best cities in the world. Thanks again to the Iberostar team for making our time in Catalonia an unforgettable experience!

Just back from a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It is in the most central location, a minutes walk away from the aerobus/tourist/local buses/metro, la rambla, all the shops, bars and restaurants - you really cant get any closer! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. No one walked past without a smile and an “Hola” The rooms are bright, clean, modern and spacious. There are water/ice machines in the corridors which we loved. The breakfast was really good with hot options available from a menu and cold options available from buffet. Such a nice relaxing breakfast and was a great way to start the day. Would absolutely stay here again if i return to Barcelona, and would recommend it to everyone. Ps. The hotel smells amazing!
